Please read this document before accessing the 'The Dram Room' website. By accessing this website you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please also read our Privacy Statement and our Disclaimer. Accepting these Terms & Conditions does not affect your Statutory Rights.
In the UK it is illegal for:
Any person under the age of 18 to buy (or to attempt to buy) alcohol for themselves or for any other person under the age of 18; and an adult to buy (or to attempt to buy) alcohol for any person under the age of 18.
You may only purchase an alcoholic Product from us if you are:
at least 18 years old, not buying that Product for any person or persons under the age of 18; and of legal age to purchase alcohol both in the country where you place the order and the destination country.
We process all orders as they are received and goods are sent out as soon as we receive credit card authorisation.
If the goods ordered are out of stock, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
Goods in stock should normally reach you within 1-2 working days. If this is not possible we will contact you. Goods are delivered either by courier (APC) or by Royal Mail, depending on their size and value.
A delivery charge of £6.00 is applied to all orders as specified on the Check Out page
These charges apply to Mainland UK only. Please note, we are unable to accept orders from outside of the UK.
Payment and Security:
All payments on this website are handled by Paypal so you can shop with confidence knowing that all transactions are safe and secure.
Returns and Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods. If you do decide to cancel then please contact us via email and we shall refund your money within 30 days. We will deduct any postage or collection charges. The goods must be returned unopened and sealed.
We only buy direct from UK suppliers, we do not source any stock from overseas and all relevant taxes and duties have been paid.
Errors & Omissions
We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. If any errors are brought to our attention we will rectify them promptly. If you find any errors please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot accept responsibility for information from third-parties contained on this site or for the content of links from this site.
In the event of a mistake being made with a customer's bill, receipt or payment, we will correct the problem as soon as possible.
Our customers are very important to us. We promise to acknowledge all complaints within five days and to resolve all problems as quickly and efficiently as we can. Please email all complaints to email@example.com. We endeavor to resolve all complaints within seven working days.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
