Frequently asked questions about my Whisky order
How is my order Shipped?
All of our orders are packed using Airshock packaging with an outer box around the bottle to offer maximum protection. All orders are shipped via APC Overnight.
How long does delivery normally take?
If you order before 3pm, most orders will be delivered the next working day. We charge a flat rate delivery of £6.00 which includes packaging.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We will provide tracking information once the order has been dispatched, with a link to the carriers website.
Can I cancel my order?
If you have made a mistake with your order, or you wish to cancel your Whisky or Gin order, please contact us as soon as possible on 01793 523332 to let us know. Once your order has been shipped we are unable to cancel it.
Are you based in the UK?
Yes, The Dram Room is located in Swindon and is a part of T4 Cameras Ltd.
Do you offer Saturday delivery?
We can offer Saturday delivery but this will incur additional costs. If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us before 12pm the day before so we can advise on the cost.
What is your returns policy?
If you change your mind and you wish to return your product within 14 days, please contact us on 01793 523332. In order for your return to be accepted the item must be in an unopened and undamaged condition. Please note that you are responsible for the return until it is received by ourselves, along with return postage costs.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes. If you wish to place your order via telephone, please call us on 01793 523332 and we can process your order.
My receipt says T4 Cameras?
The Dram room is part of T4 Cameras Ltd and is based within our Swindon store. Please read our 'About Us' section for the full story.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We only offer shipping to Mainland UK addresses, as such we do not offer any shipping outside of this.
Do you have a minimum order?
No, our shipping fee is the same regardless if you order 1 bottle or 10. we charge a flat shipping fee of £6.00.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Sadly we do not offer a gift wrapping option.
